Maca, Chia Seed, Cocoa Smoothie

Drink your way to a healthier body with this smoothie, infused with Maca root contains significant amounts of amino acids, carbohydrates, and minerals.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp Maca X-6 black and red-purple powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp organic cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened good quality almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
