Mango Smoothie

The best way to start your day is with a nutrient-packed smoothie. Great for energy, vitality, and healthy radiance from the inside out. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water (or steeped cooled green tea)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
