Mocha Oatmeal Smoothie

If you love the heartiness of oatmeal, but prefer a quick and easy smoothie in the morning, combine the two!  rich in flavour, this hearty yet light breakfast will tide you over until until lunch.

(Makes 2)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup large flake oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 1½ cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1½ brewed coffee, cooled
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whirl oats in blender until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
