Coconut water mixed with ginger, in a yummy pear smoothie, is one of the best hydrators because it has the same electrolyte balance as human blood and is a key for aid in digestion.

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp fresh organic ginger, peeled
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp raw cold pressed apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup organic pear with skin on, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, roughly 30-60 seconds.
