- 1 slice of your favourite sourdough breadÂ
- ½ avocado – slicedÂ
- 3-5 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ C homemade hummusÂ
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sunflower seedsÂ
Instructions
- Toast bread to your desired toastinessÂ
- Slice avocadoÂ
- In a pan heat oil and add tomatoes to blister them (1-2 minutes)
- Spread hummus on toast, top with avocado, blistered tomatoes and sunflower seedsÂ
