Lychee Rosewater Sparkler

Light and semi-sweet, a sparkling summer beverage that everyone can enjoy. Step up your mocktail game and garnish with fresh berries and rose petals. (Makes 5 cups)

INGREDIENTS

  •  3 cups sparkling water
  • 2 cups lychee juice
  • 3-4 tsp rosewater (depending on taste)
  • 1 tbsp cherry or pomegranate juice
  •  fresh berries and rose petals for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together in a large pitcher, and garnish with berries and rose petals. Serve chilled.

Note: You can use the juice from canned lychees packed in syrup.
