Warming Ginger Smoothie

Coconut water mixed with ginger is one of the best hydrators because it has the same electrolyte balance as human blood and is a key for aid in digestion.



  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp fresh organic ginger, peeled
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp raw cold pressed apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup organic pear with skin on, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, roughly 30-60 seconds.
