INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 2 tsp maca
 - 1 banana frozen and cut into chunks
 - 1 cup coconut water
 - tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 tsp flax or coconut oil
 - 1/2 cup frozen acai or frozen blueberries
 - 1 tsp ground flax (optional)
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on medium for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
