Chia, Maca, Cinnamon, Blueberry Smoothie

Chia is one of nature’s highest plant-based sources of complete protein which helps energy levels up.  Add chia to your morning smoothie for an extra boost of energy.

Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maca
  • 1 banana frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen acai or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp ground flax (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on medium for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
