(Serves 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz. gin
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- ½ lime
- 6 mint leaves
- Ice
- Sparkling water
- 4 slices cucumber, cut on bias
INSTRUCTIONS
- In low ball glass, add gin, simple syrup, juice from lime and mint leaves.
- Muddle together.
- Add ice, top with sparkling water.
- Stir and garnish with cucumber on a stick and mint.
