Perfect for the height of summer, fresh, local blueberries are rich in flavour and personality. Paired with sweet and sour, the Blueberry Mojito an enjoyable cocktail for a summer afternoon.
- ½ cup blueberries
- 9 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. turbinado sugar
- 2 ó tbsp. lime juice
- 1 ½ oz. white rum
- 2 oz. soda
- In a highball glass, place the blueberries, mint, sugar and lime juice.
- Muddle the ingredients until the blueberries have released their juices.
- Fill the glass with ice and white rum. Stir.
- Top with soda, mint sprig, lime slice and a few blueberries.
