Blueberry Mojito

Perfect for the height of summer, fresh, local blueberries are rich in flavour and personality.  Paired with sweet and sour, the Blueberry Mojito an enjoyable cocktail for a summer afternoon.


(Serves 1)


  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 9 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. turbinado sugar
  • 2 ó tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz. white rum
  • 2 oz. soda


  1. In a highball glass, place the blueberries, mint, sugar and lime juice.
  2. Muddle the ingredients until the blueberries have released their juices.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and white rum. Stir.
  4. Top with soda, mint sprig, lime slice and a few blueberries.
