Dynamic and complex flavours get their oomph from spice mixes. Make sure to use fresh spices and herbs to ensure maximum taste!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
