Cashew nuts are a great alternative to cream cheese. Update the traditional cheese cake with lime and pistachio for a sweet and (slightly) sour treat. Perfect right after our vegan Herbed Chickpea & Vegetable Pancakes With Dill & Caper Mayonnaise.

Nuts and seeds are considered antioxidant powerhouses, and cashews are no exception
