Boozy Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee takes main-stage on the coffee-trend-meter.  Top it up with some Irish Creme, and you’ve got a perfect iced coffee for the weekend.  (Makes 2)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Irish cream liqueur
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 cups cold brewed coffee

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir together liqueur and milk. Pour into 8 ice cube forms. Freeze 4 hours or until solid.

Place 4 ice cubes into each glass, top each evenly with coffee.
